The company
Lite Monitoring is building a lightweight, developer-focused uptime monitoring platform for HTTP/S, APIs and SSL, designed to be fast, fun and visually pleasing.
The challenge
The project started as a concept: an uptime monitoring app that developers would enjoy using. My job was to bring that vision to life, starting from zero.
What I did
Defined the audience
I worked closely with the client to define the target audience and develop lightweight user personas, then mapped the ideal user journey.
Studied the patterns
I explored competitive patterns in the developer tools space to see what the product had to match and where it could stand out.
Prototyped the MVP
In Figma and Miro, I prototyped the core experience, including dashboards, alert flows and settings. The sitemap and user flows set a clean architecture for the MVP, balancing monitoring features with a smooth user experience.
